A lot of stuff has happened since my last post...
I do currently work at YCO in Monaco, as I mentioned in the previous post. I started at the end of January. There is not too much I feel like saying about it now, it's the weekend - no thinking about work, but it is nice to be there and I enjoy most of what I do. The people in the office are very nice and, luckily, I really like the people with whom I work the closest. (That sounded like a very fancy sentence in my head...is it even grammatically correct??)
At the end of February I moved into a new apartment in a different town. I live in Villefranche-sur-Mer now, the old town, and I enjoy it much more than where I lived in Nice. It's small and super old...so, good for me! I am very close to the bay and I get to see boats everyday on my way to the train station.

That's the old town from above. You see the big tower with the clock on it? That church wakes me up every morning with their bells! I live just underneath it, I think two or three roofs down - in front of the church. I love it, it's incredibly gorgeous here. Yes, there are a lot of tourists..and yes, it is noisy sometimes. The most noise I hear is on the weekends, of course. Friday and Saturday nights can be torturous if you are really exhausted but actually if you throw some pillows and blankets in the floor in the living room it's not too bad. Not the end of the world. I would like it thought if they banned those little motorbike/scooter thingies all these adolescent boys like to drive around in. The noise from them is terrible in these little streets. I don't understand why they can't walk around like the rest of us.

Well...again, not the end of the world and hardly a reason to complain when at I look at all the beautiful things I'm surrounded by.

And now, at the end of March, I finally have my new oven!!!! I have not had a "real" oven like this since I moved here and I'm so happy to have one again. :) Crazy...

I'm going to watch a movie.
:) Until next time...
